Lugia's Glitch Quest

Hello, everyone! I'm the brother of Ho-oh 59, Lugia. Few people know this, but glitch Poke'mon ARE real Poke'mon. Even though Nintendo officially discourages trainers from hunting down the glitches and capturing them, insisting that they're in the game by mistake, they are meant to be there. This is one of Nintendo's biggest secrets. Glitch Poke'mon are usually accessed through a bizarre series of events, such as watching a demonstration of Poke'mon and then surfing on Cinnabar island, or performing the fabled the "Mew trick". In the poke'mon games they have been enabled to be found, the same way Trainers find them here on Poke'mon Planet.

So little-known about are these Glitch Poke'mon that the Poke'dex does not yet have data pages for them, and will sometimes even malfunction when you encounter one, although this may be due to the dangerous radiation that some of them emit.

The main thing about Glitch Poke'mon that deters Trainers from capturing them is that they are powerful, just like us legendary Poke'mon, and can cause damage to the world or the Trainers catching them if they are captured! Fortunately, I myself am a legendary bird and am willing to take this chance, as I can repair any damage my experiments cause.
